What's Your Shipping Service And When Do You Ship?
We provide free US shipping on orders over $50. Worldwide shipping is available at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days of cleared payment and will be sent with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington.
How Many Days Is Shipping?
Shipping depends on what country you live in.
- Within United States: 2 - 6 business days
- To countries in Asia: 10 - 15 business days
- To countries in Europe: 10 - 15 business days
- To countries in Other Regions: 10 to 20 business days
Is Tax Or Customs Included?
Taxes are calculated at checkout. Customs are your responsibility so please bear in mind before ordering international orders.
My Order Was Lost In Transit.
If packages are confirmed lost in shipping, we will either refund or send a replacement. If within 30 days, if you still haven't received your order, please email support@nightcity.fm with your order number and we will be happy to help!
Please note that if a package has been marked as delivered, Night City is no longer responsible. Packages may be left at your door if you don't have a proper drop box; we have no control of what happens once marked as delivered. No refunds or replacements will be given. Add Route Insurance to your order for extra assurance in case your package goes missing!
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, or refused package, you are responsible for all original shipping costs. Shipping will be deducted from total package costs.

Due to Covid-19, Night City does not accept returns or exchanges! If you would like to cancel your order, please email support@nightcity.fm as soon as possible. You will be refunded if your order has not been dispatched.
