GENERAL QUESTIONS
Are you cruelty free and vegan?
Absolutely! We love our furry friends and would never test or harm them. All of our products, even our lashes, are vegan and cruelty free.
The item I wanted is sold out, will there be a restock?
Certain items are only available for a limited time. Depending on demand, there may be a restock or two but they won't be guaranteed. If any item is limited, it'll be mentioned in the description of the product.
I didn't get the right item(s) in my order.
Mistakes happen with every business! Please contact us as soon as possible and include what you ordered as well as what was missing or what you received instead. If possible, include photos. Once a solution has been discussed, we will either refund or send the correct items.
Can you pack my order on Tik Tok?
If you're interested in seeing your order be packaged on TikTok, include a note during checkout! Not all orders will be filmed but we do accommodate as many as possible.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping options are USPS or UPS which can be selected at checkout. All orders are accurately priced by distance and weight directly by your chosen carrier. Times for shipping vary by the area being delivered as well as time of year/season. Please bear in mind that due to Covid-19, delivery times may change once shipped.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed between 3-5 days, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via email with a tracking number.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
All packages can be expedited at checkout. Options include priority, express, as well as 1-2 day delivery. By default, all packages are shipped via First Class. Please note that this does not change processing time, only shipping.
Why isn’t my tracking number working? Where’s my package?
As we are not affiliated with USPS, Fedex, or UPS, we have no way of controlling shipping speeds once the package has left our hands. Your package will still arrive to you but may take a little longer than normal. Please contact the postal service you purchased for more in-depth information on the whereabouts of your package as well as delivery. If your order has just shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.
My product/package is damaged, leaking, broken etc. What should I do?
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely but sometimes in transit your package may be damaged. If this happens, please contact within 3 business days of delivery with proof of damage or product condition. Issues are resolved on a case by case basis.
My tracking shows delivered but I can’t locate my order, what do I do?
Please contact your local post office as they can assist you on finding the location of your package. As we are not the carrier and we did not deliver your package personally, we are unable to assist apart from verifying the tracking number. Please make sure all addresses entered at checkout are correct as we cannot refund/resend packages that were sent to a wrong address. If the package was returned back to us, you must pay for shipping again to be re-sent back to you or pay a restocking fee if you no longer want your order.
My package is lost. Can you send another one to me?
Sometimes a package doesn't move for a period of time but it does not mean the package is lost. If the tracking says "arriving late", we ask that you please continue waiting for the carrier to move/scan your package through its system or file a claim with your chosen carrier. If they confirm your package is indeed lost, we will evaluate on a case by case basis.
What type of methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can items on sale be returned?
There are no exchanges allowed on any items. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you offer shipping outside of the USA?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
What shipping option should I pick?
UPS and Fedex are more reliable for faster shipping times otherwise USPS offers Priority Mail Express International as well as Priority Mail International. We do not ship internationally untracked. All services offer different shipping times so please choose your shipping option carefully.
Will you pay or reimburse any charges in regards to my package?
Any customs, duty fees or import fees are reliant on the buyer. We will not be held responsible for any fees during shipment. If the fees are not covered by the buyer or the package is returned back to us, a restocking fee may occur.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in ($) USD.
What is the current processing time for international orders?
As with normal orders, please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Processing times does not include the time it takes for the package to get to you. Depending on the method chosen, shipping for international orders can take up to 2 weeks to 2 months.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Can I return/exchange/cancel my order?
We have a very strict policy; no returns, no exchanges, and no cancellations. Due to the nature of our products, they cannot come back as an exchange or a return. Please also note, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are not allowed to accept any returns and exchanges.
I want a refund on my order.
All requested refunds will be subject to a 25% - 50% restocking fee depending on each order, case by case. All refunds will include a restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
I ordered something I did not want/do not need. Can I exchange it?
If you accidentally ordered something you did not want, need or did not like, we do not offer exchanges or replacements.
Can I add or take something off of my order?
Once an order has been placed/processed, it cannot be changed for any reason. Please be sure of your order before placing it!
I accidentally entered an incorrect address at checkout, how do I fix this?
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, notify us within 24 hours or your order may be fulfilled with an incorrect address and shipped to an incorrect location. We will not offer refunds if your package gets sent to an incorrect address you provided us with.
DISCOUNTS/PROMO CODES/COUPONS
Can I use a discount code?
Discount codes may be provided on holidays or other random events. If you sign up for our newsletter, you may obtain a coupon for 10% off your first order.
I forgot to add a discount code to my order. Can you add it for me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply a discount code to an order after it has been placed. This applies to ALL discount codes not limited to; affiliate codes, sale codes, pre-release codes etc. Please make sure you entered your code before processing your order.
